Wilton Excelle Elite 9 inch Heart Springform PanI finally used this wonderful pan over the weekend and my cheesecake turned out perfect.The pan easily separated and the heart shape was adorable.After decorating the cake with cherries and whipped cream it was comparable to a cake you would order from a bakery.I would definately recommend this product especially if you are a cheesecake bakery like myself.
