This is a large sized stone with a good non slip base. The honing surface is reasonably thick, and very uniform. A minute of honing will turn a factory edge into a razor edge. No gimmicks, no bull. WMF Profi Plus Stainless Steel Double Wheel Pizza Cutter Review

Not many people can rationalize spending twenty dollars on a pizza cutter, but I previously worked at a pizzeria and often make gourmet pizzas at home. This cutter is sharp and rarely requires multiple cuts to slice through all of the crust. It is really useful on those thick pizzas, like spinach and feta. Plus it looks pretty cool hanging on the wall behind your cutting board. I almost never use it for any non-pizza cooking, and a heavy, sharp knife works almost as well. However, it's a fun item, and if you find yourself looking for a nice gift for somebody who makes a lot of pizza, I definitely recommend it.

Nordic Ware Pro Cast Original Bundt Pan Review

I was using a lower grade bundt pan for my pound cakes. No matter how well I prepared the pan (using shortening and dusted with flour), the baked cake always stuck to the pan. This pan is well worth the money. Cake bakes evenly with no cold spots and never, ever sticks. Cake slides out evenly with no difficulty. Makes a beautiful presentation. It washes up very nicely and is very durable. Will be very difficult to put a dent in this pan! I highly recommend this bakeware! Sorry I did not purchase it sooner.

Circulon Elite 12-Inch Covered Deep Skillet Review

This pan, when empty, tips over towards the handle. The handle is heavier than the skillet. It makes preheating the pan (to melt butter for example) very annoying. I would definitely not recommend it, for this reason.

I bought this trivet for my daughter to take to college.It is a good, heavy trivet that is a nice size.It is perfect for her dorm room and the color and shape fit in with her style really well.I would recommend this trivet.It's little feet are tall enough to keep the pots off the countertops, they are covered in rubber, and they are widely spaced to give the trivet stability.I really like it and so does my daughter.

Signature Housewares Sorrento Butter Dish Review

This is a nice, solid ceramic piece.It is heavy, however, and the color (burgundy) was brownish and dull.I returned it.I may try the same item in Ruby, and see if it has better color.The heavy stoneware should hold the coolness necessary to keep the butter at just the right consistency.
