This is by far the best pan I own. It is an amazing size, you can cook anything in it and not have to worry about spilling over. Also I was afraid that because it is so large and I have a rather small stove (because I live in an apt) that it would not cook evenly. But I was way wrong! Even on the undersized burners this pan cooks everything evenly. And clean up could not be any easier.
