Nordic Ware 9-by-13-Inch Cake Pan with Storage Lid Review

When I added this item to my Wish List, I thought I knew what to expect: cheap aluminum barely thicker than aluminum foil.Was I surprised!This cake pan is durable, cooks evenly, and the lid is nicely domed so you have plenty of room to decorate the cake and then cover it.I go to covered dish suppers quite frequently, but I've always had to take a 13X9X2 glass dish covered with plastic wrap -- ruins the frosting every time. This pan is perfect to bake a cake in or to store cupcakes in.I'm very pleased with this product and I highly recommend it.

Nordic Ware Classic Metal 9x13 Covered Cake Pan Review

Bought two of these pans.Most of my NordicWare is very sturdy, however these pans don't seem to be made as well.A little on the light and flimsy side not to mention that when cleaning the lid, got cut on the sharp edge of the lip!
