An excellent product.Many, many uses.Has retained it's color and flexibility after multiple washing in the dishwasher.My son is also requesting this turner.Well worth the money.

Paderno World Cuisine slotted fish turner with stainless steel blade and handle 7 1/2" Review

I did not find it very good for seafood as the metal is somewhat thicker then the fish spatula I looked at the retail store. It works good on my grill to turn hamburgers. I did get different fish spatula from amazon and it works excellent for fish.

Paderno World Cuisine stainless steel slotted spatula, 3 1/2" width Review

Making chewy cookies requires removing them from the cookie sheet while they are on the gooey side. A non-stick spatula is too thick for this purpose resulting in sticking and scrunching the cookies out of shape. This very thin spatula does a super job of getting the soft cookies off the cookie sheet in perfect condition.

The size of the spatula (2 7/8" at the bottom, 3 1/2" at the top and 4 3/4" long) is perfect for supporting the cookies while moving them from the cookie sheet to the cooling rack. The directions that came with the spatula indicate that it is dishwasher safe and that the stainless steel is specially treated so it retains strength while being quite thin.
