I have had many bakeware pieces over the years, but I can honestly say this one is my favorite.The price was great and the free shipping and handling was an added bonus.I was also pleasantly surprised how fast I received this item.This bakeware is very large and is perfect for large families and special occasions.All the bakeware colors are beautiful, but I decided on the green because this color would compliment all festive occasions.The clean-up is unbelievable.The first time I used the piece I did not spray with PAM and I thought I made a mistake, but the majority of the baked on food wiped out very easily.There were only a few spots, I used a nylon scrubbie, but there was very little scrubbing needed.The next dish I cooked I used Pam and everything wiped out of the baker without any scrubbing.Besides the easy clean-up, food seems to taste better.I am so impressed with the bakeware that I just ordered the 1 and 1.5 quart bakers.Love everything about the baker, but wish a cover for refrigerator storage was available.

Rachael Ray Stoneware "Casserovals" and "Casserrounds" Dishes Review

I purchased the four-quart version in the vivid orange color as I wanted something noteworthy to transport and serve my holiday side dish I was taking to a dinner party. While the high handles make it a bit more difficult to fit into the oven or microwave, it did just fit into my friend's smaller-size microwave as I needed to reheat it just a bit--and it's a rather whimsical piece that is sure to start conversation. While it can't be used on the stovetop, the fact that it can go into the freezer, the microwave, and the oven is a big plus--and the fact that it comes with a lid made it even handier though I wrapped a sheet of foil over the top of the casserole before putting the lid on for transport. A set of the various other pieces in this range would be a great gift for a cook or a treat to add to one's own kitchen.

I didn't think I would use these so often, but I do. I find myself looking for recipes to try, just to use these. They hold heat like you wouldn't believe, they actually cook everything evenly, and they are great to put under the broiler to get nice crisp crusts on casseroles.

The small size is absolutely perfect for a household of two people. It has allowed me to scale down my recipes to work for just two people, and still get the same quality that I would in the full scale version. The rounded sides are great and make it easy to scoop things out. They don't look very deep, but they can hold A LOT.

And, as cliche as it might be, they ARE great from going from the oven to table, and people really are impressed (plus, that makes less dishes to clean up, BONUS!!). Buy these, you will not be disappointed.
