The Raclette grill is exactly like the one we brought from Germany. It is wonderful. There are probably items with higher quality. But for an item like this, which you do not use every day it has a great value for the price. I love it and the family who got it for christmas loved it, too !

Paderno 10 Inch Stone Grill Set with Stand Review

It's a great stone and it's beautiful after after putting it in some oil. The food cooks amazingly good, no odors, no smoke just great. But the second time I used it the stone cracked from one side..... It still works but I was very dispointed . I will try and contact the manufacturers......
Hope this helps, leave the stone for more than half an hour in 350 F and the additional burner does help a lot.
