I use these all of the time for custard, pate and other small prtions.Porcelain is good but fragile.Nevertheless, these dishes are sturdy and large enough for a good sized portion.

Rolling Pin Holder Display Rack Wrought Iron Amish Made Review

I bought this holder because my rolling pin (maple rolling pin from Williams Sonoma; the cylinder is 12" long and 3" in diameter) doesn't fit comfortably in any of the drawers in our kitchen. This well-made holder is a great solution - it gets my rolling pin out of the way and acts as a nice decorative touch. The holder does not come with a screw or hanging device.
