Since we renovated our kitchen we have become organization freaks. This product was a definite help. The under sink area used to be a mess with bottles of cleaner pushed to the back (and sometimes knocked over and leaking). The drawer allows you access to those items. We had to install it on an angle to work around our excessive plumbing pipes (not sure what the plumber was doing down there) but it works that way, just looks a bit off-balance. I really like the quality of the product - it's very stable and easy to install. The only thing I would like would be for the lower drawer to be wider. It doesn't store a lot.It did give us a place to store the wet sponge and sink plug, which is a major plus. The upper shelf has a stiff plastic liner so no dripping on the items below.
On the whole, very nice. A bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience.
Service was good and the item was shipped for free and arrived quickly. Communication from the company was very good.
