
Beautiful enamel finish; very elegant cooking pans that look great on the stovetop and hanging from a wall-mounted pot rack.This is some of my favorite cookware & heats evenly & quickly.My color preference after buying two?White--it's a clean and bright white.The blue is a deep blue--very pretty, but tends to look just a little duller after several heatings.Plus, food stands out on white.Just a personal preference, for what it's worth.
