I have been baking off and on for years now, and I had yet to find a muffin pan that I was really satisfied with until now!I used my new mini muffin pan for the first time this weekend (8/6/05), and it was awesome!I did not have to spray it with non-stick spray and I did not have to wash it, other than to wipe it clean with a damp cloth!The muffins cooked perfectly, browning evenly, and popped right out of the pan!I would totally recommend Calphalon's Mini Muffin Pan!By the way their cookie sheets are great too!
