I originally was just looking to buy a set of the paring knives. They fit nicely in my hands and are pretty light. They don't slip when my hands are wet. They are very sharp and have stayed that way for quite some time now. (My daughter got me a set either one or two years ago for Christmas and two have gone missing, so I needed to replace them.)Imagine my delight when I found that for the same price as the knives alone, I could get a pan too! It is a nice little pan, just right for eggs, etc. I haven't used it a whole lot yet, but so far it seems good. The other thing I like about Emerilware is that the knives are Wusthof and the pan is AllClad. Where else can you get these brands for this price?! Great value for your dollar.
