Anolon? SureGrip(tm) Pizza Crisper, 13" Review

I got this pan for Christmas. Wow! It's capable of making in about 8 to 10 minutes a pizza of superior quality. Like the directions says spray the pan with olive oil before using your favorite homemade or purchased dough. I lke to use the dough sold at Walmart, stretch it out and brush with a sugar and water solution and then spray with olive oil. I put the cheese on the bottom.Add your favorite toppings and then tablespoons of sauce here and there,again a light spray of EVO, sprinkle with parma cheese. Bake and enjoy( About half ways through turn the pan on the oven rackto knock off the little nibbs of dough that sometimes sneak thru the holes in the pan) Don't cut the pizza in the pan, but you already knew that.

For one person this is a great item.French fries come out nice and crispy like they were deep fried but without the grease!

I put fries or tater tots on the tray and give them a quick spray with cooking spray, season them then just cook in the toaster oven.Pizza reheated came out great also and so did frozen chicken patties.

If there are two people look into getting the larger size for a stove oven, this tray cooks for one reheating pizza or cooking fries or tater tots.

Well worth the small amount it costs.
