Progressive International GMMC-68 Microwavable S'Mores Maker Review

I ordered this for my three kids. We love roasting smores on a campfire but do not get to do that too often. When I saw the low Amazon price, I had my doubts. I was still so excited to try this out. It came in and the kids and I tried it for dessert. It was just as easy as promised. It took only 30 seconds to cook the marshmallows evenly and perfectly. The chocolate doesn't really start melting until you take it out of the microwave which is good. It is less messy that way.
I could not recommend this enough. We use ours very regularly. I have already bought three more as Christmas gifts. Wonderful, simple, inexpensive. What more could you ask for? Go get your own!!

I absolutely LOVE this pan...I have 10 of them!They're perfect for molten chocolate cakes, cheesecakes and other individual desserts.I recently made 200 individual cheesecakes for an event and this pan produced beautiful results.

Make sure to turn the pan halfway through baking to ensure even results...and use 2.5" parchment circles on the bottoms for easy cleanup.

Parrish Magic Line 10 Inch Aluminum Cheesecake Pans Review

These pans are great for baking cheesecakes.I have a collection of these, many of which were leftover from making my own wedding cheesecake.I once did a side-by-side comparison, baking one cheesecake in a Magic Line pan and one in a springform pan.The cheesecake baked in a springform pan browned more on the sides and was harder to remove from the pan.The cheesecake baked in a Magic Line pan was prettier and appeared to have baked more evenly (also easier to remove from the pan, just place on a large can and gently pull the pan sides down).So I disposed of my springform pans and came to Amazon to buy more sizes of Magic Line cheesecake pans.

These cheesecake pans do not leak batter out, although it is not safe to bake in a waterbath without wrapping the pan with two layers of foil.I have had water seep in and make my crust soggy when I only used one layer of foil and baked in a water bath.I have successfully baked regular cakes in these pans as well.
