I use the mini muffin pan to prepare hors d'oevres and little desserts for parties and get-togethers.Everyone is always impressed with the versatility of this pan, along with the great presentation (they look greatin a lined Longaberger basket)! The pan cleans very easily, and has help upwell.I love it so much that I ordered a second one!

Chicago Metallic Commercial 12-Cup Mini Cheese Cake Pan Review

My dish for the holidays is always mini-cheesecakes.It was always frustrating to get them out of my mini-muffin pan.This pan has made it so easy!I no longer dread making this dessert.Just a note though... the cups on this pan are approx twice as big as a regular mini-muffin pan so adjust your recipe accordingly.I just double my recipe and get bigger mini-cheesecakes.I don't think anyone will mind.

Chicago Metallic 12-Cup Lift & Serve Single Squares Pan Review

I have baked several recipes with this pan (including brownies, muffins, teacakes and tartlets) and have been really pleased with the results. Everything baked evenly with a lovely golden crust and the crust to center ratio turned out to be perfect. Baked items were also easy to remove thanks to the removable bottoms & the non-stick surface. The volume of the cups is just right for individual servings but depending on the size of the recipe you might end up with some extra batter (but for instance a brownie recipe for a 8" square pan was just enough for this pan as well). Cleaning the pan was pretty easy and the bottoms proved to be surprisingly quick to clean(washing by hand).

Chicago Metallic 6-cup Molten 'N More Pan Review

I absolutely LOVE this pan...I have 10 of them!They're perfect for molten chocolate cakes, cheesecakes and other individual desserts.I recently made 200 individual cheesecakes for an event and this pan produced beautiful results.

Make sure to turn the pan halfway through baking to ensure even results...and use 2.5" parchment circles on the bottoms for easy cleanup.
