BIA Whiteware Egg Cup Review

I did not want colors or animals or other decoration on my egg cups since it would not match the rest of the china we use.These are a nice basic item, sturdy, good design and attractive.They are well balanced and stand without problems. They are a little hard to balance in the dishwasher rack but anything this small size would be.My only complaint -- and it is a small one -- is that the seller is a couple days slower to ship than most sellers on Amazon.The items were still here within 10 days and they have to come from Canada which takes longer.

This egg topper works as advertised, but it does not seem to use a cutting wire as mentioned in the description.Rather, the spring-loaded plunger merely creates a circular crack at the end of the egg.The end of the egg can then be lifted cleanly with a knife or spoon, giving a very professional presentation.

One star off due to the very high price, but the device is quite useful to fans of soft-boiled eggs.
