I have always baked my brownies and blondies in a Pyrex.But since I bought this pan, I can't believe how I ever did without it.Brownies and blondies cook evenly and to perfect consistency, and don't take as long as they do in the glass.And the best part is that you always have even, straight edges that look pretty when you cut up the treats.Also great for making birthday cakes and the likes.This pan should be one of your kitchen staples!!

All-Clad Master Chef 2 7-Piece Cookware Set Review

Theis set gives a good start for premium cookware. The brushed exterior is great if you don't like to polish your pots and pans all the time. I've found MC2 to the be the best in terms ofbalancing maintenance and quality of cooking. I have a few other pans that are coper or cast iron, but the majority of my cooking is now done in the these (and a few supplement pieces) of the MC2 line.
