What I like best about the Kaiser Noblesse pan is that unlike most pans this is coated so it will not rust.You can put this into the dishwasher and it washes up well. I have had less expensive tart pans with no finish only have them rust.This pan will not rust, and the removable base really helps you serve up your dish in a very eye pleasing way.The removeable base also enables slicing your dish easily.I highly recommend this pan!

I have several tart recipes and wanted a nice dish to present the desserts in.I purchased this and am happy with the quality and its performance, however I think it is a bit overpriced.
