These tartlet pans are great.They were exactly what I needed.Be sure to wash by hand - i've read other reviews for other pans and though mine haven't rusted yet, tart pans made out of this material will probably rust if put in the dishwasher.They worked great for me - no sticking.Four mini tart pans for this price are a good deal.

Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse 9-1/2-Inch Non-stick Quiche Pan with Removable Base Review

What I like best about the Kaiser Noblesse pan is that unlike most pans this is coated so it will not rust.You can put this into the dishwasher and it washes up well. I have had less expensive tart pans with no finish only have them rust.This pan will not rust, and the removable base really helps you serve up your dish in a very eye pleasing way.The removeable base also enables slicing your dish easily.I highly recommend this pan!

Paderno World Cuisine Rectangular Tin Tart Pan with Removable Bottom Review

A serious foodie that has been perfecting her cooking skills for the last 25 years in her home kitchen writes this review. My favorite cookbooks are "The Professional Chef" by the Culinary Institute of America and "Culinary Artistry".If you love to cook and entertain, this is a great item to have in your arsenal, I love mine.

They can be used for anything that has a crust or a structure, not just a quiche.They make beautiful fruit tarts, cheesecake, chocolate pecan squares, bar cookies, brownies, etc.I think they would make beautiful pizzas for a buffet, but I have not tried that yet.They are very versatile if you love to entertain. These pans are large enough to get 12 generous servings for a buffet.I cut the item down the middle lengthwise and then make five cuts along the narrow end.

These pans are well made.They are thicker and more durable than I anticipated. They hold up fine with hand washing.I do make certain to dry them thoroughly before I store them in the cabinet.If you love to entertain, I would recommend purchasing more than one of these.I have two, and now am contemplating purchasing two more.

Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-Inch Round Nonstick Tart Pan Review

This is the most wonderful tart pan,I have 4 or 5 other tart pans and this is the one I always use. The thing I love about it is how deep it is, most other tart pans are more shallow. You can find cheaper tart pans but I think this is well worth the price for how great it works and how beautiful your tarts and quiches will look!

World Cuisine Non-Stick Silicone Mold, Tartlet Review

The quality of this silicon molds is fantastic but the size is very very small, I think this are even a little to small for a petit four.
