Almost too beautiful to actually use, but this board in tough!After two years of use it is still holding up great and looks better than ever.It's a pleasure to use, and it makes an elegant serving platter as well. The channels on the side let meat juices flow away from the work area without risking a stain to your tablecloth.And it has a great story too: cut from a renewable teak farm in the Mexican jungle, not from some ancient forrest in Malayasia that has been illegally clear cut.

Proteak 601 Bowl Cut-Out Rectangle End Grain Chopping Block - 20 X 14 X 2.5 Inch Review

This one's hard to beat in the kitchen, great size, nice weight and the cut-out space makes it easy to shovel my ingredients into the pan. I like to keep my knives super sharp and I've yet to see any marks in either of the teak cutting boards I own. It seems like not that many people know about renewable teak, but it's really incredible looking. I get compliments on it all the time.
