I was very wary when I ordered this product.I am a personal chef and have a client who eats only macrobiotics.This product was called for in many recipes that I found.It works great, was very inexpensive and the clear plastic makes the press not only light weight but also something I can watch and see if the dish is being prepared to my satisfaction.
