This steamer worked really well.I've never steamed before but my experience thus far have been great.It's perfect for the single or couple that are looking for a quick and no mess way to fix a meal.I come home from work, put the water on, prep my food, and put it in the steamer.By the time, I've changed into casual clothes, dinner is ready.

It's opened the door to a whole new way of cooking!

Joyce Chen Products 55-2002 Nonstick Xylan Tamago Pan 6"x8" Review

When I bought this I felt it was way to expensive for the product and occasional use, but after looking high and low, I could find not other,not even in little tokyo, china town or korea town.So I bought it. Guess what.I was surprised.It is quite heavy and well made.The pan took well the first time and did not stick it cleaned up nicely and has not disappointed.

I highly recommend this pan to anyone looking to dabble in Japaneese cooking or the more experienced.It has not let me down yet.
