Nordic Ware Restaurant Cookware 7 Inch Skillet Review

This pan is the perfect size to make an omelet using 1/3 cup of "fake" eggs and soy cheese. The quality is very high. The last one I had lasted about 10 years, and would have lasted longer except one of my family members kept using a fork in it, and messed up the non-stick coating.
