I love every pan in this set except for the 10 inch skillet.After using it a couple of times, the non stick coating started coming up!I have had several cheap skillets from places like target and walmart, and none of them have ever done this.I put in for a replacement, and hopefully this one was just a defective one!Update:I got the replacement, and it is fine.
