I love this, I use it as a cereal dispenser, but I guess you can put just about anything in it. I bought it for my daughter who is six to use and it works wonderfully. When I get her dressed in the morning she doesn't have to wait for me to finish dressing to eat. I put the bowl there before the morning, all she does is turn the knob which is easy for her small hands, get what she wants, and then get the small container of milk and pour in and there is breakfast. It also has storage caps that you put on to keep the cereal fresh and crumbs from leaking out. I love it.
