I bought this pan in March, and now that I have had it for almost a year I feel I can honestly say, 'It does everything as advertised'!
It can get REALLY HOT, or simply keep the meal warm.
No more 'hot spots' is one of my favorites!The pans heat evenly.
I love having two pans. I have used it for everything from soup to stir fry.
It has earned the title of 'Super Pan' in our house!

Its titanium-ceramic nonstick-coated flat plate measures 12 by 12 by 1-1/2 inches and works great for grilling hamburgers, grilled-cheese sandwiches, or summer vegetables. Switch out the flat plate for the deep-dish inner pan when it's time to make soup, stew, or fondue. The deep pan measures 12 by 12 by 2-1/2 inches and can be used directly on the stovetop burner. Set the heat from 176 degrees F (keep warm) to 480 degrees F depending on the task at hand, and easily keep an eye on the cooking process thanks to the tempered glass lid.
