I decided to buy this instead of an electric wok, so happy I did. This does everything from steaming vegetables to boilingwater for pasta.We are using this more than the stove top. Very easy to clean, which is always a plus. In the picture it looks like the pan is similar to a grill, however both pans we received had flat bottoms. Don't bother reading directions as they can be confusing, something must have been lost in thetranslation. Just figure it out on your own.
