A recent purchase of some high end non-stick cookware prompted a hunt for a non-steel turner.In all, this Calphalon turner works well, but I would have like to see a thinner lip at the end to help with sliding under things, such as the fried eggs I usually make in these pans.
It's my own fault for not buying a wider version, but from the picture (which is the best) it looked as if it would be wide enough.
Overall, it's a fine tool, but nothing I was overly impressed with when I pulled it from the box and put it to use.
