Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-inch round nonstick angel food cake pan was exactly what I needed. I have a Jewish Apple Cake that I make, and I needed this type of pan. I had to give away my old pan and get a new one because I have Celiac Disease. Anything that had flour in it had to be given away. It has been a long process. I could not find this pan locally. I tried making the cake in a 2 piece angel food pan. What a mess! It leaked out the bottom all over the place. So, I love my new pan. It solved the problem and works wonderfully!

Product Description:
Calphalon's 10-inch angel food cake pan is constructed of heavyweight, aluminized steel that distributes heat evenly and will not twist or warp over time. The classic shape and decorative detail will hold use after use. The two-tone surface promotes perfect browning. A silver grey exterior assures an efficient baking time and a medium grey interior protects against overbrowning. The reliable nonstick surface is made to release baked goods cleanly and completely, so cleanup is fast and easy. The pan is oven safe to 450 degrees F, but is not broiler safe. Dishwasher detergents contain caustic chemicals that will damage the nonstick surface and void the lifetime warranty. To best maintain the pan, use nylon, wood or coated utensils when cooking and cleaning. When storing, place a linen or paper towel between the pan and other items to prevent one from scratching the other. The pan is covered by Calphalon's lifetime warranty when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.

Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Tube Cake Pan Review

When I ordered this item it did NOT list that it had a removeable center peice. I was looking for a solid one peice to bake pound cakes in. The 2 peice does leak a bit, but is DOES NOT stick. NOTE: do not use spray pam on this item EVER as it will build a sticky film. I say just let others know it is NOT a solid pan.

Nordic Ware Heavyweight 10 Inch Angel Food Cake Pan Review

I had been looking for a one-piece pan.I got this one and it is the best.The first two pound cakes that I have made have come out so beautifully.They were a nice, golden brown and they did not stick at all.It is really hard to find a one-piece pan these days.I may buy another to keep around just in case.

Chicago Metallic Angel Cake Pan with Feet Review

This is one of the best pans I have ever purchased, and I have quite a few. It bakes evenly, and the chocolate angel food cake that I use it for is scrumptious to the last drop. It came last week, and I have so far baked three. I messed up the second one, but rebounded with the third. I plan to use it for other cakes as well. I make an apple butter cake which is to die for, and I am certain it will work well in this pan. And from there who knows. That said, thanks for the pan, and double thanks for the great service. Amazon you are the best, and till next time piece. I just love doing business with your company.
