Nordic Ware Round Cooling Rack with Feet 12 Inch Diameter Review

I had some round cake cooling racks but alas after all these year some of the wires were coming off and another reason for ordering...I only had two round racks. Sometimes I bake 3 round layers and I hate wrestling with the oblong racks for a round cake.

Was I surprised when these arrived. Large than my old pair...will hold the largest cake I'll ever bake..13" in diameter and teflon coated. I am delighted with the price and quality (what can you expect from Nordic?) of these mundane cake racks. Fast shipment also!

Calphalon Classic Bakeware 12-by-17-Inch Rectangular Nonstick Cooling Rack Review

amazon.com sells the EXACT SAME rack under the WearEver brand at half the price. I wanted to compare the two so I ordered both.Now I know and so do you.Otherwise the rack is fine. Nonstick coating is nice. The dimensions are actual 16.5" x 11.5". It fits into a half sheet baking pan with a little room to spare.

Vollrath Co. Jelly Roll Pan 18x13x1-in. Review

I have a couple of these for general use. They're good quality, sturdy aluminum "jelly roll pans" though I tend to use them as cookie sheets.

Kaiser Bakeware Patisserie 10 1/2-Inch Square Cooling Rack Review

I received this item and it was noticably defective, after I laid it on the counter. It rocked badly! So I set up an exchange with Amazon, and received the second one in the same condition. It truly is a nice and hard-to-find heavy gauge steel product, but if you're buying it to cool off anything liquid (especially a hot liquid item), then you may want to rethink this purchase. You or your counter may get scorched!
