Stoneline WX-9176 2-Piece Fry Pan Set Review

I had seen the Stonedine cookware on TV ads and was intrigued.We've all had our trusty frying pans wear out, right?I didn't need the saucepans or roasting or stewing pots and quite honestly the price is quite high, but I was really interested in the frying pans.After looking into it, I found that Stonedine is actually made by Stoneline - [...]-Use - and found this set on Amazon for a pretty reasonable price.They arrived within days, properly packaged, undamaged and brand spanky new.

I washed and seasoned the pans according to instructions and quite honestly, I'm amazed with these pans.Not only do they do exactly as they say and cook your food completely oil-free, but they are so conductive that you can use a lower heat setting than normal to cook, and you really do taste the natural flavors of the food.The pans are very well-made and this set actually has the better quality stainless handles rather than the composite handles on the Stonedine you see on TV, so they're oven safe up to 500 degrees Farenheit.They don't come with a lid, but that's not a big deal as the lid for my old fryings pan fit/work fine with these pans.

There are warnings that come with the product to season before first use and not put hot pans in cold water as the coating may develop cracks, and not to cut in the pan, which you should avoid anyway to preserve the integrity of the non-stick coating.I hope to enjoy using these pans for a very long time.

Earth Pan II by Farberware 10-Piece Cookware Sets Review

I have been using this set non-stop for over a month.I love it - it is the best non-stick surface I've ever used.I haven't had any problem with carbon build-up, but then again, I don't use non-stick cooking sprays - I use an oil spritzer.The difference between the two is that non-stick sprays contain soy lecithin which is totally fine and won't harm you in the least, but it builds up on your cookware over time.As long as you avoid these, any non-stick cookware should last you for years, assuming you use wooden or silicone utensils.I love that they are oven safe because the handles are silicone instead of rubber.
