The paper making mold is oven-proof and extremely convenient as it eliminates the delicate unmolding process, as well as the transfer and storage of the cake or pastry. Each mold is freestanding and microwave and oven safe up to 450 degrees F. Each mold is freezer-safe as well. This baking mold has a dark brown paper background accented with gold fleur-de-lys. It is made of pure cellulose calendered paper and is micro-flute corrugated with micro-perforations to eliminate excess humidity.

Chicago Metallic Silverstone Non-Stick Mini Loaf Pans, Set of 4 Review

I bought these pans because I can never finish a full size loaf.The smaller size is perfect for slipping a loaf into a lunch sack.
The only problem I've noticed is that the corners of the pans are starting to rust after only half a dozen uses.

World Cuisine Non-Stick Silicone Mold, Rectangular (12) Review

I bake and do alot of chocolate things.And I ordered several of these molds mainly to play with,trying different things, with the molds, and these are a dream to work with.My only complaint is that when ordering them,You might be guessing on the sizes.Or at least I couldn't find the sizing on them.It is probably there some place on the description, but I didn't see it. But the use I had for them Size wasn't a real concern.But after using them one time.I wouldn't own anything other kind of mold......
