Proctor Silex 294357 1-1/2-Cup Food Chopper Review

I needed a food chopper badly, so I'm glad I made this purchase. It does a good job, it's incredibly cheap and the size is indeed very compact. However, I have to say, that even for a one-person household I find it a bit too small.Even an onion has to be chopped in halves, the whole onion would be too much for it. If I was to buy a new one I'd go for a bigger one.

Proctor-Silex 32190 18-Quart Roaster Oven Review

Had an emergency this year - my oven broke before Thanksgiving. As we usually host this meal, I was concerned that this year we might have to eat out or go to someone elses' house for the holiday.
I noticed this roaster on sale, bought it, and used the roaster to cook this years turkey. Some observations:
(1) The process is a little different - but the turkey was moist - resulted in favorable comments from all, (2) the roaster cooked the turkey faster than a traditional big oven, and (3) it is probably more energy efficient than a traditional oven.
Have not tried it for baking yet, but it is supposed to be okay for that also.
And in the future when more than one oven is needed - it will be my second oven.

Proctor-Silex 48521 Automatic Drip Coffeemaker Review

trying to get the water into the back of the coffeemaker.It's a very slim area and you have to be good and awake not to miss!Heck I miss sometimes even when I am awake!That is the only problem I see with this coffeemaker, but I can put up with it in order to enjoy what will hopefully be a long lasting coffeemaker!It looks very solidly built, very nice and well made.My last proctor silex lasted a long, long time and we used it several times a day for coffee and tea!I was trying to find one that didn't have an automatic turn off after two hours.We drink coffee at our house for hours so I was glad this one was made like the last one I had and didn't have the auto turnoff feature.Thank you Proctor Silex!Love your coffeemakers!
