I use this tool daily.Not only is it beautiful,but it does a great job of stirring the pot.Much more effective than a plain wooden spoon.The flat bottom is good for deglazing.

Like all other wooden utensils, it needs some TLC, i.e. mineral oil, or else the surface feels really rough.

I wonder why Amazon doesn't give out the exact dimensions of this product, which is 13.5 inches * 2.5 inches * 1.0 inch.

I have been using these for awhile now.I love all her products.These are really easy to use.I Keep them from drying out by hand washing them and then adding a little bamboo oil to them about once a month.They show no signs of wear yet and I have used them almost everyday for atleast 6 weeks.
