I'm a lousy cook and I love pancakes.I've always had to go to a restaurant to get a decent pankcake because I never figured out how to make them right.

But when I got this Griddle I started turning out perfect pancakes every time! There must be something about iron.I've never had any iron cookware before.And the size is just small enough so it's not too heavy, but the flatness allows me to make a "short stack" of pancakes all at once.

This is the most joy that $12.00 has brough into my life in a long time.And, I'll save a ton of money over the rest of my life not going to restaurants to get pancakes!!

Earth Pan II by Farberware 10-Piece Cookware Sets Review

I have been using this set non-stop for over a month.I love it - it is the best non-stick surface I've ever used.I haven't had any problem with carbon build-up, but then again, I don't use non-stick cooking sprays - I use an oil spritzer.The difference between the two is that non-stick sprays contain soy lecithin which is totally fine and won't harm you in the least, but it builds up on your cookware over time.As long as you avoid these, any non-stick cookware should last you for years, assuming you use wooden or silicone utensils.I love that they are oven safe because the handles are silicone instead of rubber.

Innova Classicor Wrought-Iron Oval Pot Rack Review

I bought this product through Amazon after shopping eBay and finding higher prices on the same exact item.The hardware was all included and it looks very nice.It's very heavy duty and functional and I was very pleased with the appearance and functionality.I am a Pampered Chef consultant and I love knowing that my expensive professional cookware is safe from scratches and the glass lids I store above the grid.Now I just need to figure out where to get Extra Hooks for this model, and I would be very pleased.I highly recommend this item.

UPDATE: After 2.5 years, the product is still as great as when we bought it.It looks nice, is functional, etc.We love it.

This set looks beautiful in the kitchen with the vibrant red and have been so amazing after years of buying crappy cheap nonstick pots and pans that don't last.The handles do not get hot so moving them around the kitchen or stove is a breeze and they heat so evenly that food gets done quicker instead of having to constantly move food around the pan.The best part is the ease of clean up afterward because they practically wipe themselves and there is no need to soak even after food has dried on.

Swiss Diamond Cast-Aluminum Nonstick 12-1/2-Inch Fry Pan Review

I have been looking for a good non-stick skillet. I've used non-stick skillets from All-Clad and Calphalon but they all had one problem: peeling of the non-stick layer. I saw an unused All-Clad skillet from their new line at Williams-Sonoma and it had scratches on the non-stick surface.

I found what I was looking for! This fry pan is excellent! It is made in Switzerland. It is big. The outside diameter is 13" and the bottom is almost 9 3/4". It requires a large burner. I have a Miele electric cooktop which has a burner large enough for this skillet. I have tried it over a smaller burner and it worked as well. The food browned evenly over the surface of the skillet. The cleaning is easy. I only have a small issue with the lid. The lid assembly was easy. However, during washing water gets into the steam vent and then it comes out after the lid is dried. It takes few drying sweeps to avoid water streaks on the lid.

Overall, I am very pleased with this skillet. I am looking forward to getting more skillets from Swiss Diamond.

Update. May 2009. Zero stars.
Like its predecessors from All-Clad and Calphalon, this skillet stopped being non-stick after about a year. It wasn't abused in any way: no metal utensils and no prolonged cooking of foods other than pancakes and fish. Yet, the center of the skillet began to darken first, than the rest of the skillet has darkened. I used baking soda (suggested by All-Clad website). It did remove some brown residue but the skillet is completely not non-stick, everything sticks to it even more.

I am happy with a non-stick skillet from Circulon infinite line. I bought an 11" skillet at Macy's for $20 as a product promotion item. The best non-stick that I have is from LeCreuset. Unfortunately, the largest one LeCreuset made was 9" in diameter.

Earth Pan 10 Piece Cookware Sets Review

My wife and I have spent a lot of money in our life time buying pots and pans. Some even claims "life Time Warranty" and cost triple the price, but nothing last a life time, not even close. When it was time to purchase another set, I did a lot of research (for days). Consumers Report, Amazon.com, etc. Earth Pan received very good reviews over all and it was safe (no PTFEs or PFOAs)- we have young children.

The first few days, everything was fine. We read the instructions twice to make sure we followed everything to the letter.

Cons:
1. Non-stick: It still sticks, and depends on what you are cooking, cleaning up afterwards could still be time consuming.
2. Stainless steel handles gets very hot, so be careful, or get the plastic/rubber handle set.
3. Somehow when you get stains on the outside of the pots or pans, NO WAY of cleaning it off. I have research the internet and tried everything, and the stains are still there.
4. Like many other complaints about this set, yes, the pots are too small for everyday use. I agreed.

Pro:
1. Earth pan is well made and attractive.
2. Price is right.

If oneday the non-stick coating comes off (and they will, like all the other non sticks cookwares we ever own), I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals getting into our bodies (espically our kid's).

Update: 11/30/09

These pans are just as bad as the others. It sticks really bad after 3 months. I am so disappointed! Days of research and the "Consumers Report Rating" has not provided me with any satisfactions. Don't buy this. Really.

So, here is my review of these knives.Good utility knife set.Handles are big enough to fit in your hand, sharp enough to do "simple" cutting, blade is thick enough to stand abuse and they are very light.Rating, Price, quality and performance were all considered as a WHOLE.

Workmanship, I would say, it's excellent for a $4.00 knife set.I can't compare them to my other knives which cost 10x or 20x more than these.But, considering the price I paid for, they are great.I keep them by my side especially the serrated ones.

And I'm just sadden coz, people should know, there is no such thing as "stainless steal" or rust proof knife.They all stain.That's why never, ever put your knives in the dishwasher.Wash them by hand and dry them with a towel.Even with care, with age, you'll notice staining on your knives.Good luck.

JA Henckels International Classic Clad 13-Piece Cookware Set Review

The glass on our old cooktop broke (don't ask), so spent a lot of time figuring out which to get. Finally sprang for an induction type, but the problem with those is that only cast iron or stainless steel cookware will work.

So, researching the pots, we were shocked at the cost of stainless steel, but this set was certainly not the highest priced. Having faith in good ol' Amazon, we knew that if they did not turn out as advertised, we could return them.

To our delight, these pots and pans are not only beautiful, but solid and work like a charm. The handles are comfortable to use and are handsome too, and the set has a piece for just about any use.

They are heavy, but the larger pieces have handles on both sides to facilitate picking them up. My wife feels they are almost too gorgeous to use and get dirty with nasty old food. :)

They look even better than the picture, which is something.

That is a lot of money for six pots, pans and covers, but once we saw them, we feel they are definitely worth it.

Fasta Pasta The Microwave Cooker Review

I've been boiling various pasta noodles, at least twice a week, for over 25 years. When I first saw the FASTA PASTA microwave cooker internet demo video, I was a bit skeptical but interested enough to purchase the product from Amazon.com. After using the product three times, I can honestly say that it not only cooks pasta very fast but better, with less mess and energy, than pot boiling the noodles. Just follow the simple instructions and you will have perfectly cooked pasta without having to check it while cooking for readiness. I wish that this product had been invented years ago. My ONLY minor negative comments: 1. FASTA PASTA can only cook up to four pasta servings at one time, which makes its use for a large group impracticle. 2. The water measurement lines are a bit difficult to see when water and pasta is added to the cooker. Adding color to these lines would make them easier to see.

I've spent a fortune in my lifetime buying "non-stick" fry pans, only to throw them out after a year or two. The finish comes off, they scratch, & they become difficult to clean. I finally decided to get smart & buy something that will last. After doing a little research on Circulon, here's what I learned...They have 3 "grades" that you can distinguish by their handles. The best is "infinite", it has an all steel handle. Next is "elite", it has a steel & silicone handle. Finally, there's Circulon 2/Total (that's what these are). They have a "plastic" handle. Each pan is oven-proof.(Infinite 500, Elite 400, 2/Total 350 degrees) Outside of the feel of the handles, one down side is that the Infinite is the only one that is "diswasher safe". With the other two, handwashing is recommended.I used to put everything in the dishwasher, and to be honest, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about handwashing them. What a piece of cake! Inside & out cleans beautifully & quickly. The triple pack was a great bargain compared to buying them separately, but I also purchased an "elite" and an "infinite" fry pan in addition to these, so I can tell you that in comparison they all cook food the same. I am extremely happy with the quality of these pans.....

Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 17-Piece Cookware Set Review

I just love this set.I bought it because I wanted something that would last a long, long time, be good to cook with, and look beautiful.I went to different stores, picking up saute pans until I found the one that balanced nicely - and it was a Cuisinart! I waited until it was on sale, and I bought it.I was thrilled when it arrived.

The tops fit snuggly on the pots and pans.It's so nice to have a top for every pot, and not have to share tops. I like this set because I always have the right tool for the job. Now, sometimes, one of my Cuisinart tops does double duty and tops one of my cast iron skillets.They do just fine, even with the old stuff.

Be good to your cookware and it will be good to you. A little Bar Keeper's Helper (why didn't someone tell me about this fantastic product sooner!?) - takes care of any tough problems (like when I burned a sausage in a saute pan - wasn't paying attention).

My friend, who is a professional chef, came by and was trying to boil something at the edge of the pan, and was stymied because the pan heats so evenly he could not get a hot spot, even though he wanted one.I told him to try the old Farberware I still have (I keep one piece just for that reason).

This set is a true work horse - just because it's pretty doesn't mean it can't work hard - and it does.

Anolon Advanced Bronze 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

We purchased these Anolon Advanced Bronze with our UAirlines miles.This is a heavy-duty set of cookware, but absolutely BEAUTIFUL on the stove.If you have a smaller family (4 people or less), you may do better purchasing the individual pieces on sale.The 8 Quart stockpot is HUGE.We have an older stove/microwave combination and it was too tall to put on the back burners (they have a 4.5 qt stockpot which we ended up purchasing).We also ordered the 1 and 3 qt saucepans as the 10 piece set has the larger 1 1/2 quart and 3 quart saucepans.After using the 1 1/2 and 3 qt we realized that the smaller sizes would better fit our needs.BUT, our two boys are under 10, and so our needs will probably be changing as they get older :)

I was a little worried about not being able to put them in the dishwasher, but they clean so easily, that I don't mind washing them by hand - takes just a minute.We debated whether to purchase these or the Anolon Chef-Clad (stainless), but I am not a gourmet cook and am used to using nonstick cookware.In retrospect, I am glad that we got these, as I don't think-when the cookware gets older-that any imperfections will show as much as on stainless.

In all, this is an awesome set - but make sure you get them on sale - even the manufacturer runs them on sale on their website :)

While the pans are not as heavy and durable as Circulon Commercial, they are comfortable to use, they cook evenly, and they clean up easily. The lids are excellent. The two large lids are interchangeable and fit the 10" skillet as well as the stockpot and saute pan. (Unlike a prior reviewer, I had no difficulty peeling off the stickers.)

Wyndham House 12 Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set Review

I wish I could change the rating to a 4+. I was sceptical initially at not using non stick but this set has been really good to me for the last 6 months. I have been using it regulary and while a few scratches inside are inevitable, I have seen no dents and all the pots are in good shape. No burning, scorching the base either. In fact, I bought a second set as a gift to friend who also happens to love it! I am glad I got this set!

I am trying to be fair here, for a 12pc set under $40, it's not a bad deal!The shapes and sizes are varied which is convenient and they all have lids!
The quality is a different story, they're not very thick and have a tendency to dent & scratch easily and the base for all of them is not solid, it's encapsulated (and this is mentioned under product information). It works well under low to medium heat on the stove and I have used it for simmering soups, stews and other "wet" dishes. It works for stir fry and other dry dishes and if you are frequently stirring so you don't burn the base!
If you are used to non stick cookware(as I am)this takes a little longer to clean and a little soaking in warm soapy water helps!They do well in the dishwasher.
It just needs a little getting used to!

This is a beautiful set of cookware and, I think, a great value...I paid $189.99 for 17 pieces, 15 of which are pots, pans & lids and 2 inserts..for pasta and for steaming.I like that there are 2 of the same size lid.You always get 1 lid that fits 2 items in the set and I would always use them at the same time and only be able to cover 1. No worries with this set--there is 1 lid for each.Also, I did a lot of price shopping before I picked this one and it's the only brand that calls it 17-piece and gives you all cookware.Every other set I saw that was over, say, 10 pieces-- the extra was knives or plastic utensils vs pots and pans.If it was 17 pieces, 7 to 9 of them were bowls, utensils, knives, etc. Rip offs for the prices they charged.And finally..the outside is nice and smooth, not ringed or otherwise textured...makes for nice cleanup and hopefully they'll stay nice looking longer than their predecessors.The ONLY thing I'm not thrilled with is that the lid handles do get warm...even hot.The pot and pan handles don't, but the lids definitely do.But for the price and quality? I have potholders.... Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. What the heck..5 it is!

Anolon Professional 12-Piece Nonstick Hard-Anodized Cookware Set Review

We registered for this cookware as a wedding gift.We love the tempered-glass lids so we can see what's cooking.The pans have a nice substantial feel and work well with our smoothtop range.The stay-cool riveted handles are great.

At first we loved the nonstick coating, it did what it was supposed to do.However, we have had the pans for less than three years (2 years 8 months) and the nonstick coating is already beginning to come off.We have followed the directions for care and cleaning, and not used any metal utensils on them, so I am very disappointed that the coating hasn't lasted longer.We do cook frequently with high heat, but on a good set of cookware that shouldn't make the coating come off this quickly. There are little hairline scratches (probably from stir-frying shrimp or steaming shellfish) where the coating is now beginning to clump up and rub off when we wash it.

It's sad, because we cook a lot, we love this cookware and were hoping it would last us a long time.Looks like I'll have to replace some of our frequently-used pieces, and this time I'll be going without a nonstick coating.

Paula Deen Cookware Sets Review

I bought this set to replace our 13 year old set and have no issues with them so far. Maybe it was my old set but water seems to boil alot quicker with these which is always a help.The main feature that drew us to this set is rubber handles.Alot of the newer stuff has metal handles or mostly metal with a little rubber.We wanted something that we do not need to use a pot holder to move the pots without burning ourselves.

Be sure to read the care instructions; can't not be placed in dishwasher, do not use cooking spray, do not use metal utensils etc...)Not an issue for us but some may be put off by this.

I LOVE this cookware set.Water seems to boil faster than usual & other things seem to cook a little quicker.Especially with stuff like spaghetti, my cooking time has actually decreased.And, I don't have areas of the pan that burn worse than other parts like I've had with other cookware sets.Clean-up is also really easy.

There was one thing that I was VERY surprised about though.I'm someone who usually feels the heat (when touching the handles, for instance) more than other people seemto but with this cookware, I never have to use a hot pad.I don't know what the substance is that they have covering the handles but it's really nice to just be able to pull stuff off the stove & not worry about getting burned.

I recommend this cookware to everyone!

My mom got this as a wedding present in the early 1940's.She was never a good cook, so I have been using it since the '60's.I stole some of her pieces when I married, but returned them when I found them for sale again.I purchased my first piece, a chicken frier, for about $25.00 in 1970, which was a huge price back then, and couldn't wait to get my hands on more.I bought a starter set of 8 pieces a few years later when I finally saw it again, and it forms the basis of my extensive cookware collection.I have been called the "Greatest cooker on earth" by many men, and I attribute some of the praise to this cookware.

This is heavy cast aluminum, with the same heat dispersal properties of cast iron, except that it can be washed and scrubbed.I polish mine from time to time, and it still looks new! It can be placed in the dishwasher, unlike cast iron.The cooking qualities are exceptional.Heat is disbursed over the entire bottom and sides of the pans, allowing a lower heat setting, and giving a more consistent heat to all the food within.There are no hot spots, which scorch the food and cause uneven browning or burning.The lids are heavy enough to seal the steam in the pots, which forms a mini-pressure cooker, cutting down on the cooking time a bit.They will not warp if overheated, which is important if you use electric heat.I mean, who hasn't lost track of time and let a pot burn now and then?It happens in a busy kitchen.But this isn't a catastrophe as it would be with cheaper cookware.I have added a few smaller pots as my family size has been reduced, but I cannnot conceive why anyone would want some of this designer/celebrity cookware with the raised rings that could never be scrubbed clean in a thousand hours!Just be sure you season the cookware in a slow oven first. (Wipe with cooking oil inside, including the lids, and bake all of it in a 225 degree oven for about 8 hours.)Reseason as necessary.Buy as much of it as you can afford, and add to it as the time and money allow.I use the heavy cast aluminum teflon skillets, and have gone through dozens of sets of those!YOu can't beat the Magnalite for delicate sauces, rice, and stews, or anything fried!

J.A. Henckels International Classic Clad 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

I purchased this set because I was replacing my 16 year old radiant cooktop with a new induction cooktop and most of my older cookware was not induction capable.

I decided that these were a reasonable alternative to the more expensive All Clad cookware and, at this price, if they didn't work out well I could always afford to replace them.

I used them originally with the old radiant cooktop and was quite impressed with how quickly they heated, how well the cooked, and how easy they were to clean. I had expected stainless steel to be hard to clean but these are not. At times I will need to soak them for an hour or so prior to cleaning but most of the time that is not necessary. So far we have used regular dishwashing liquid to clean them.

I'm even more impressed with their performance with my new GE induction cooktop and I particularly like the interior volume markings. It is amazing how I can "titrate" the level of simmering/bubbling/boiling with the combination of the induction cooktop and this cookware.

In short, these are very cost effective, functional, and attractive.

Polder Digital Hourglass Kitchen Timer, Red Review

A problem was immediately apparent when I removed the Polder Digital Hourglass Kitchen Timer from its packaging: The reflection from the clear plastic covers over the LCD displays makes reading the time from more than couple of feet away very hard or impossible.

(What the picture on the product page doesn't show is that there are actually plastic coverings over the LCD screens. The picture has probably been photoshopped, and shows no indication of the problem with reflection.)

A few more complaints:

(1) Although the aesthetics of the timer is quite appealing overall, the timer looks a lot more plasticky than it does in the picture from the product page. While the construction of the unit isn't exactly shoddy, it doesn't scream quality either.

(2) The timer malfunctioned on me once -- the display froze up (not sure what I did to cause that) and the only way I was able to unfreeze it was to remove the battery and put it back in.

(3) The unit is poorly packaged -- when I took the unit out of the package, it already had a few scratches on one side (probably came from the unit being bumped around in the package).

There *are* a couple of things I really like about the timer, however.

(1) When stood on one of its ends, the timer displays the clock; when it's inverted, the timer displays the countdown timer. Nifty!

(2) It continues to keep track of the time elapsed after the timer has counted down to zero.

The timer comes in silver and black as well.

Rachael Ray 10-Piece Porcelain Enamel Cookware Sets Review

I was really excited to buy these, loved the color and loved the silicone handles. Unfortunately I have discovered the porcelain enamel rubs right off, even with just plain old water.

I noticed the first week I bought the set that the most of the pans already had minor smudges exposing the metal of the pan under the green paint. Then one day I was toweling off a pan I HAND WASHED and noticed the green enamel rubbed off all over the towel. I simply washed the pans with warm soapy water, nothing harsh.

I am extremely dissappointed with the quality of these pans. It is a great design but they are evidently made with very cheap workmanship.

I love the farberware cookware.the pots are perfect.some lightweight pots my wife purchased actually warped and thus rattled on the stovetop.since i am the cook, it drove me crazy.i threw them out in less than a month.the only "problem" and the reason for 4 not 5 stars is the non-stick pans. Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

I bought the 10 piece Cuisinart set about a month ago and ever since I've been expecting it to fall to pieces, burst, turn to dust, explode, vanish in thin air, etc. etc... anything that would give me a reason for the low price of 140$ which is 400$ in stores. The truth is, it's too good to be true. But it is! This is the best cookware set I have ever seen by far. Nothing will ever be able to stick to these lovely pots and pans, no matter what you do, so be ready to say goodbye to all the non-stick sprays, oil, butter and soaking and scratching. They don't even need harsh soaps for a moderate cleaning up. It is true that they can burn food, but the instructions say that these are not meant to be used at high stove-top heats anyway, use a low to mid heat and everything will turn up wonderful. They are really good for slow cooking and can also go in the oven up to 675 degrees, which is required for some food I like to make. The glass lids are useful when making rice or seeing the color of vegetables but they can spill if nor handled properly due to the design, which could certainly improve since they are, unlike the pots, not very easy to clean. My handles have never got too hot unlike my previous Faberware set. I adore the small skillet which is just the right size for a 2 egg french omlete, in general, the sizes are logical and all come in handy. It does say they are metal utensil safe, which is not exactly true since it's OK with a fork or spoon, but any hand held electronic gadget can scratch the interior a little. Also, although the dark gray outer finish is beautiful, it seems that the colour will be wearing of in time.

To sum it up, if you're willing to give some extra attention to this good-looking set (drying after hand washing, preferably hanging and keeping the lids clean) this is a deal you must not miss. BTW, It arrived very quickly and was packed great by Amazon. You won't be able to use any piece in this set at high stove top heats, so get a cheap large skillet for that kind of job, give away your old set and buy this one like I did. I doubt anyone will ever regret it. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could due to the not-so-good lid design facor. Still, I love my cookware set, will probably be using it for at least 10 years to come and recommend it fully to anybody.

Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 14-Piece Cookware Set Review

I am an avid home chef & treasure high-quality cookware. These are great! They are thinner (but harder) than many brands, which I truly love. Lower heat settings can be used for comparable results in other cookware, which saves energy, money, & severity of burns if the user is accident prone.

Some things to know:

1. These pans are designed to be hung on a rack. Hanging does save your cookware from a lot of those small injuries caused to them by stacking.

2. The Quantanium non-stick finish is like Teflon on steroids! I use about 1/4 the oil/butter I normally used in the older versions of Teflon. As mentioned above, a lower heat setting is also necessary. These are very easy to clean (except the stainless steel "buttons" where the handles are attached - everything sticks well there).

3. Although they say "Metal Utensil Safe", DON'T! Save the metal utensils for your cast iron & stoneware.

4. Non-stick cooking spray tends to eat finish on pans. Preserve them by washing well with soap & water as soon as they are cool. TIP: NEVER, EVER put a sizzling hot pan in water or dump cool water into it! This causes warping that basically ruins the pan. Move the pan to an unused burner & let it cool naturally before washing.

5. With the small steamer insert, never fill the pan over one inch above the bottom of the insert. With the stockpot insert, 2 inches. This can be pushed to nearly 3, but the mess from overfilling is big.

6. Enjoy & care for these pans! You won't ever have to buy replacements for them as long as you don't abuse them.

I searched everywhere for welded handles and yet didn't want to sacrifice quality. This little cookware set has it all (encapsulated aluminum bottoms, 18/10, glass lids)! And for the price, you can't beat it! We just came from a home show and this cookware had everything the expensive sets do! I've used it to cook with and it's great. I just received this set for Christmas and I love it! I too was nervous about switching from non-stick, but it hasn't been too bad. Just make sure you spray with non-stick before making hashbrowns!! LOL The set is beautiful and functional. LOVELOVELOVE the glass lids and grippy handles. The only thing it needs is a larger pan as the two provided are fairly small. Marcus Samuelsson 10-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set Review

I purchased the 10-piece stainless steel cookware set and a 10" open stock skillet about one month ago.My wife and I have been very pleased with this cookware.Our previous cookware was Calphalon Commercial Hard Anodized, made in Toledo, Ohio.We were very pleased with the Calphalon cookware.In fact we have given those pots and pans to our sons for their own kitchens.However, I wanted to switch to multi-ply stainless steel cookware for some time.Our previous hard anodized aluminum cookware responded very quickly to changes in temperatures.However, my wife and I have found that multi-ply stainless steel heats up and cools down slightly slower than hard anodized aluminum.In fact these multi-ply pans retain heat more like cast iron.Following the directions to use medium heat settings has given us very good results.Soaking in water and using Bar Keepers Friend stainless steel cleaner has made clean up very easy.

It was very important for me to purchase cookware made in the U.S.A. or to be more accurate, I wanted to avoid "Made in China" cookware.I'm not opposed to Chinese cookware.I just have found, in my research, that current Chinese made cookware lacks consistent quality control.I considered All-Clad stainless steel, however the price was prohibitively high.When I discovered Marcus cookware made in U.S.A. by Regal Ware, I was excited that the price was easier on the wallet.I had some questions about this cookware and sent emails to Regal Ware.Chris Robason, National Sales Manager for Regal Ware, answered each of my emails very promptly.He assured me that Marcus Cookware, including the lids, were made in West Bend, Wisconsin.Also, he informed me that Regal Ware is going to add open stock pieces to the Marcus/Unity line of cookware.The Regal Ware website already shows a new 12" saute pan has been added to this line of cookware.

The Marcus/Unity cookware is very high quality.The stainless steel, aluminum tri-ply construction heats evenly, is very sturdy, and has good, balanced weight.The brushed, stainless steel handles are very comfortable.I really like the helper handles on the sauce pans.The lids fit very well and have enough weight to sit firmly on the pans.Also, knowing that Regal Ware is going to add more pieces of cookware to the Marcus/Unity line shows their commitment to providing quality, reasonably priced, American made products.The only improvement I would recommend, is to add a rolled edge to the pans for easier pouring.
