This product fulfilled all my requirements for an omelette pan:Cast-iron, light weight, cooking surface not pre-coated with "nonstick" material, 10-inch dia. size, rounded bottom-side--perfect for two- or three-egg omelettes.Had some reservations about thin body and riveted handle until I saw how sturdily it was made.At this point pan is still new, but performing to all expectations, aging nicely and improving with every use.Overall, an excellent pan that won't break your wallet, and a welcome addition to my cast-iron collection.
