Marcus Tri-Ply Stainless-Steel 8-Inch Open Skillet Review

Very well made open fry pan. The aluminum core goes all the way up the side, no hot spots. Heavier than it looks. No idea who Marcus is but $30 for a Clad fry pan that's made in the USA was worth the risk. Love the handle. Package says it's broiler safe. Won't be putting an 8" fry pan under the broiler but I might with the 12" fry pan once I buy it. No mention of the type of stainless on the package, but the magnet sticks to the interior so it's 18/10. Clean up is nice so I'm assuming it's a pretty decent grade of 18/10 stainless (US steel anyone???). Bottom line, it's a lot of cookware for the $$$. I'm going to keep my eye on the other pieces. Not sure if they will be going on sale anytime soon (it appears this is a brand new line of cookware) but if they do I will certainly add a few.
