I realize that this might seem a bit expensive for a baking sheet - and why not just get something cheaper? It's totally worth the money. Not only is it flawlessly nonstick (even after multiple uses - saving money on messy sprays and foil), but it is also scratch-resistant and the perfect size for large batches of cookies.
