Paderno World Cuisine Trussing Needle, Stainless Steel Review

This works fine for small birds but could be a couple inches longer to go after a turkey. I'm not sure why the end is curved which makes it a bit more difficult to gauge where you will come out the other side when going through the cavity of the bird. I'll probably forge the curve out of it. The use of stainless steel is a bonus, strong and obviously won't rust.
