Wilton Enchanted Castle Pan Review

Some Wilton pans are easier to use than others.This particular shape (the enchanted castle) was a challenge.After the cake had baked and cooled properly, it needed to be frosted with a thin white layer, as do all the decorated cakes.The problem I experienced with this particular design was that once the white frosting had been spread over the entire cake, it was nearly impossible to see the details, such as the windows, roof lines, door, etc.I had to just guess using the pan beside me as a guide.The cake turned out okay, but not nearly as nicely as other cakes made from Wilton pans.The ladybug cake pan was particularly easy to use.
