Great pan. Heavy, well made, good heat distribution and easy to clean. Works on my induction cooktop.
The description said 14", but it is more like 15&1/4", but as far as I concern, the more the better, saves time by frying in larger batches.

All-Clad Stainless 3-Quart Saute Pan with Loop Review

To be honest if this pan didn't come in the set I bought I probably would not have it.Thank goodness it did because it turns out that I love it.It is great for sauted spinach, veal or chicken picatta, you will find you more uses for this pan everytime you open the cabinet.It heats evenly and is very easy to clean. As all All Clad is, this pan is excellent quality and very well made.I have just about every All Clad item made and love them all.Well worth the money and designed to last a lifetime.It also comes with a lifetime warranty.How can you go wrong?
Also, if you should get something stuck to the stainless steel use a product called "Bar Keepers Friend" to clean it. Most supermarkets have it and Kitchen Etc. and Bed, Bath and Beyond carry it too. The container (like a Comet can) is gold with blue and white writing. All Clad recommends it for cleaning stainless steel and it works like a dream and is very inexpensive.

Metrokane V-Gauge Review

The product helps extend the freshness of an opened bottle of wine.It is especially effective on reds.I found that moistening the stopper "O-rings" with a little water before inserting in the bottle neck helps improve and extend the seal.After about 9 months, the stopper failed to create a vacuum.I soaked the stopper unit in warm water for 30 minutes, opening and closing the vacuum release pin, and got it working again; I was careful not to submerge the gauge dial.I would recommend this product to a friend, along with these bits of advice.

KitchenAid Gourmet Reserved Hard Anodized 2-1/2- Cups Butter Warmer Review

Does not seem like melting butter needs a special pan, but this pan is just perfect. The consticted top contains the splatters from the butter (or oil) full of chopped garlic, and the anodized aluminum cools quickly off the burner.The handle is heavy and the pot a little tippy, but no complaint because that weight is all metal quality. And when you need to make a little oatmeal in the morning......this is the pot.

Norpro 11.5 Inch Dutch Baby Pan Review

The pan worked great for my Dutch Baby pancakes.I did use a plastic utensil to remove it from the pan and it still got scratched my first time out.Be careful, the pan coating isn't extremely tough.

Tupperware Micro Measuring Pitchers Set for the Microwave (2 pieces) Review

These are great, especially if you are a KitchenAid stand mixer owner or do alot of baking. They are solidly made, easy to handle and are wonderful for melting/softening butter, etc. The pouring area on these pitchers are perfect for adding ingredients to your KitchenAid mixer, I don't have a pour shield with my mixer and this pour spout feature makes them a must-have for any kitchen. One thing though, the small pitcher has Tablespoon markings on the floor/bottom of it and when I checked them, they are inaccurate, so don't use the Tablespoon markings but the rest of the marks, the really important ones, are accurate and I would recommend them to anyone who does a lot of baking, they are a little costly, but I'm considering getting another set, that's how much I love them.
