This is a good sized ladle that won't scratch those expensive pots.It should have no problem fitting in your kitchen drawers.Its easy to clean, although, heavy abrasive pads will leave deep gouges in the ladle. No big deal there.The complaint I have is, the gray part of the handle pops out.For example, you are washing it and give it a good rub to clean the spoon part... well, almost everytime I doing that, the gray part towards the spoon area will pop-up (not completely off the handle, but pops-up).I stop and just pop it back in place.
With that flaw, I worry that food and liquids will get trapped in there, building bacteria and nasty stuff. I contemplate removing the entire gray part to clean it every now and then, but worry that if I take it off, I won't be able to put it back.
Perhaps mine is defective, but, I've missed the boat on returning the product, so, I will keep it until it breaks completely or I get tired of it.
