Classicor 12" Open Frypan with Innovex Review

I had the same skillet for about 3 years but the handle broke.I could not find a replacement in the stores but I liked it so much I searched on the Internet and found it at Amazon.I liked it enough to seek out another even though I know the handle may break again.It is because of the quality of the coating.Others I tried or saw other people use seemed weaker to me.However, it does scratch but it is superficial.I do not use metal utensils on mine even though it says you can.It does not come with a lid so I found a flat lid to use with it when needed.I have been using the new one several weeks and am pleased with the way it cooks and does not stick at all.Clean up is always a breeze.That is why I gave it four stars.I even use the broken one for a back up when I need two.
