Earthpan 10-pc. Stainless Steel Cookware Set Review

The stainless steel Earth Pans are wonderful.I have owned them for over five months and feel that they are the best pans I've ever owned. They cook things evenly and require less cooking time and less heat than previous pans I have owned.

When I make an omelet, even though the manufacturer advised not to use sprays because they may leave a residue, I use a very light coating of canola spray and wipe away excess before cooking.I have never seen or felt any residue.And the omelet is almost always perfect!

The cookware has a nice solid feel, and pan handles are cool to the touch.Lids handles are hot though!Stainless steel pans are dishwasher safe, although they clean so easily that I often prefer to hand wash them.I love the little 1 1/2 quart saucepan because it has steep sides and things don't boil over as easily.The finish has held up very well for me, but I treat it carefully. I can honestly say that there isn't a scratch on it and I use it every day.

This cookware is not for the person who uses lots of oil or who starts something cooking on high heat and doesn't keep an eye on it, because these pans cook more quicklythan other pans.

If you're looking for a healthy alternative to teflon, this is it!

Circulon 2 12-Piece Cookware Set Review

I just replaced all of my cookware with the Circulon 2 and I love it.It cooks faster than other brands I've owned.It's also a lot easier to clean.The only drawback is that you cannot wash it in the dishwasher, but it is so easy to clean that I don't think I'll miss it that much.

Infinite Circulon 4-Quart Covered Saucepot Review

We have purchased several less expensive brands of nonstick cookware. Last year for Christmas my husband purchased a wok for me, and it was a Circulon product. Each time I used it I noticed that it was extremely easy to clean, both inside and out. I decided to use Amazon's informative website to do some investigation and found that there were several types of Circulon cookware. I decided to go for the Infinate Circulon because I do own a glass top stove and did want the feature of placing my pans in the dishwasher. I have never been happier! Circulon 9-by-13-Inch Metal Cake Pan Review

Circulon, in my opinion, is fantastic.I have tried many nonstick cake pans, cookie sheets and cookware, and these are, by far, the absolute best.Nothing sticks to them at all!! You don't need non stick spray (which you shouldn't use anyway on these) or even butter or oil.Everything slides off easily.I also love the cookie sheets and would recommend them as well. They cook evenly and those things you want crispy like tater tots or fries cook perfectly.

Calphalon 8-Piece Simply Nonstick Cookware Review

Seems to scratch a bit easily, even when using non-metal utensils. None of the scratches appear to be actual damage to the pots or pans - there's no peeling or ruined coating as would happen with a cheaper pan. I've had these for a few months and they're holding up great, just marked slightly. Other than that, they're great.
