Noritake Crestwood Cobalt Platinum 20-Piece Dinnerware Place Setting, Service for 4 Review

We chose this Noritake pattern for our wedding registry at a department store. SEVERAL of our pieces needed to be returned because the "paint" on the pieces bled through to the other colors. In a 5 piece place setting, we would be lucky to have 2 pieces that were perfect. We have had to return several pieces repeatedly and have finally decided to return all and change patterns altogether. We recommend that you do not purchase Noritake china!!!

Nordic Ware Platinum Backyard Bugs Pan Review

The Nordic Ware Platinum pans are lifetime pans that you'll pass on someday! This BUG pan is the cutest ever! Some tips I got from a PRO: 1. heat the pan as you pre heat the oven, then spray it while its HOT and fill it. 2. 1/3 cup batter per bug is plenty. 3. To make the bottoms flat, lay a knife down on the pan, before you remove thecakes, and slide it thru the bottom of the cake, removing the hump. 4. Cool cakes in pan 10 min then pour out on parchment paper. 5. Use a hotter oven (375) and a little shorter time to get the most definition of the bugs. 6. Never use soap on the pan, or put it in the dishwasher,just rinse it while its hot and set in the warm oven to dry. The Platinum Series gives you PERFECT release of baked goods and NEVER needs scrubbing. (I wrote these tips down because they work soooo well, and these top of the line pans deserve a little extra care.) I buy the Platinum pans as they are issued and some are over 10 years old and still are perfect!
