I just received this set as a gift and I cannot tell you how much I LOVE all the pieces! I previously had a stainless w/ copper bottom set from a major department store.Food would constantly get stuck/cooked on and they were so hard to keep looking nice and clean.The non stick on this set is incredible and I love that i never have to cook on high heat.So far, I have been able to do all my cooking on medium heat or lower and it does a fabulous job.We use gas on our cooktop and I always had to do high heat w/ my old set.I also love this set because all the pieces are super light weight and the sizes are perfect.The silicon grip handles are super - they never get too hot and i love the glass lids so I can see what's going on inside without having to take the lid off.This is a fabulous set, I highly recommend it!Click Here to see more reviews about: KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials Hard Anodized Cookware Sets
