I like the brand and I like the set and I liked the price. The problem is that the set arrived scratched. I kept my second set because there were just a few scratches compare to the first set I received from Amazon. I give Amazon all the credit of the world of how fast they reacted when I called for a replacement. The first set arrived all scratched inside of the fry pan and 7-quart covered stockpot. I called Amazon back and Amazon send a UPS call tag to pick them up right away and at the same time shipped out a new shipment the following day. When I got my second set 4 days later, only the Fry pan still had some minor scratches, however, we decided to keep because of the deal and who knows how the third set will be when it arrives. Me and my wife has came with the conclusion that the problem on the scratches is with their packaging. I believe either Amazon or Berndes will solve this problem with some bubble wraps filling the empty spots...
