Nordic Ware Pro-Cast Locomotive PanI used this pan at Christmas to make gingerbread trains for my friends.I found that baker's joy helped make it slip out of the pan with no problem.Great detail although some of the smaller parts on the top and the front of the train didn't fill all the way.
