I bought this for my 13 year old daughter so she could try to make her mom a special cake as a surprise. And guess what, she surprised me at how well she made it all by herself. And this was her first try at baking a cake. The images above on RHS are of her cake as proof that it works well and makes a nice shaped little lamb!

Finely crafted of cast aluminum, the mold features a nonstick finish that allows for easily removing the cake halves from its two sides. To use, simply brush with vegetable shortening and dust with flour prior to filling. Once removed from the mold, the cake halves can be joined with icing, cream-cheese frosting, or buttercream, and then decorated as desired. Made in the USA, the oven-safe pan should not be used with metal utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners, and it cleans up easily by hand with warm, soapy water.
