Starfrit Eco-Chef 10.5 Inch Fry Pan with Bamboo HandleThis pan is really non-stick. It works better than conventional non-stick pans. I've been using it for a couple of months and I love it. When my friend was diagnosed with breast cancer, her doctor told her to stop using non-stick cookware. What does that tell you? Nonetheless I still use non-stick occasionally (to fry eggs, etc.) because I find it impossible to do completely without it in my kitchen. So this pan is a welcome alternative. It's made well, very sound construction.
